Featured Board Member

Cindy has been training dogs since she was very young. She recently found a picture where she was coaxing the family dog to sit next to her when she was about 4 years old. She started competing in 4-H conformation shows before she was 10. Cindy was surrounded by dogs and family who encouraged and supported her and who also competed or judged in dog sports. Her first owner handled Champion who was a Wheaton Scottie in the early 1970s. She has bred, trained & shown terriers, Corgis, Maltese, German Wirehaired Pointers, and scent hounds.

When not playing with dogs, Cindy spins & weaves. She was born in Michigan but has lived her adult life in the Carolinas.
