RETURN PROCESS
No returns shall be made unless approved by BFDBCA and its print provider network in writing. Also, customers must first contact BFDBCA@gmail.com to see if they qualify for a return. To be considered for a return you must notify BFDBCA within 25 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please Note
- No returns shall be made unless approved by BFDBCA and its print network.
- All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
- In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, BFDBCA will offer a replacement if the customer contacts us within 28 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with BFDBCA by using the contact form on the contact page. BFDBCA will reply to the customer and ask them to provide clear photos showing the issue.
- If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
- If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, BFDBCA will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements. The customer is responsible for submitting the correct information and verifying its accuracy before placing an order.
